First: Product performance
The product uses 185 nm ultraviolet radiation source to ionize the CO2 and oxygen molecules in the gas, resulting in strong reductive oxygen free radicals. According to the molecular structure of oxygen free radicals, air pollutants can be oxidized to maintain the function of deodorizing odor and reduce the concentration value of air pollutants.
II: Product Structure
304 stainless steel plate is selected as the main body of commodity behavior, and PTFE raw material insulation layer, thermal insulation and safety protection are selected as a whole, with high efficiency and superior performance; consumable components are selected as cabinet structure, which is equipped with door and page structure in general, so as to facilitate management and maintenance. Organic exhaust gas is purified from bottom to top through three sections: filter system, ultraviolet radiation source equipment and ozone oxidation device; control system is set at the bottom of the equipment for easy operation; power supply is assembled on both sides, upper ballast and protective electrical appliances are installed, and lower fixture of ultraviolet lamp cap is installed, and several blowers are installed for cooling. No special instructions, the equipment is used under negative pressure.
