光氧催化设备技术原理:采用185nm波段和253.7nm波段共同作用,采用紫外线光管在处理装置内产生C波段(185nm波段)紫外线,该波段紫外线对装置内废气中的水汽、氧气照射产生大量的羟基自由基,羟基自由基(OH)因其有的氧化电位(2.80EV),其氧化能力极强,可与大多数有机污染物发生快速的链式反应,无选择性地将有害物质氧化成CO2、H2O或矿物盐,采用紫外线光管在处理装置内产生C波段(253.7nm波段)紫外线,破坏、裂解有机物分子链,改变物质结构,将大分子物质裂解、氧化成为低分子物质或无害物质,如水和二氧化碳等.在C波段紫外线作用下,低于1000PPM大分子有机废气,只需0.5s废气中有机物可裂解、氧化成CO2和H2O.

It can oxidize harmful substances into CO 2, H 2 or mineral salts without selectivity. Ultraviolet ray tube is used to produce C band (253.7 nm band) ultraviolet rays in the treatment unit, which can destroy and crack the molecular chains of organic substances, change the structure of substances, and crack macromolecular substances. Under the action of C-band ultraviolet radiation, organic waste gases of less than 1000 PPM molecules can be cracked and oxidized into CO2 and H2O in only 0.5 s.
